Refund Policy
- Returns Due to Customer's Convenience Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on the customer's convenience, so please understand this in advance. If the product is returned to us due to the customer's convenience and the customer wishes to have the product re-delivered, it will be treated as a separate order, and you will need to pay the full amount of the separate product and shipping fees.
- Refunds in Case of Company Error If, by any chance, you receive a different product from the one you ordered, or if there are quality issues such as damage or deterioration upon arrival, please contact us via the email form within 3 days from the date of product arrival. Please be sure to take and keep photos of the product upon arrival.
